Manuel got his real estate license at 18 years old. At the ripe age of 14, he fell in love with entrepreneurship and real estate, and has since begun to develop skills that would set him up for a bright future. In his senior year of High School, Manuel got involved in NFTE, a non-profit organization that teaches the younger generation important sales, public speaking, and general entrepreneurship skills. Manuel decided to compete in the Regional Entrepreneurship Challenge. After placing second in all of Orange County, he advanced to the Southeast Entrepreneurship Challenge at the Grant Cardone Foundation in Miami, Florida. After placing second in all of Florida and Georgia, he had the opportunity to advance to the National Entrepreneurship Challenge in New York City, where he qualified as a Semi-Finalist.
Manuel is very ambitious and passionate about Real Estate, and thanks to his family, has been exposed to the industry. His mother, Victoria, is a full-time Realtor, and his father, Hanzel, is also a Realtor and MLO. His extended family is also very involved in real estate, with uncles, aunts, and cousins possessing licenses. This allowed Manuel to learn real estate fundamentals from an early age by accompanying his family to showings, open houses, real estate events, etc.
